Proof

Proof was a relatively straight forward set, We built the exterior of a house using Hollywood flats faced with brick and that was the part of this set that presented us with a challenge. Using Westminster's CNC machine we carved brick patterns out of different materials starting with foam and MDF both of these have a relatively smooth surface, next we tried sound board and it worked great, the large fibers in the sound board gave it a similar texture to brick.
